This apartment is on the first floor and on the right of the main entrance.
It is a two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The large kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven and four hot places; here you can find a dining table and a sofa bed for two people.
In the master bedroom with fireplace you can find double bed and the TV. In this space you can add a small bed for a child.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer.
From the windows you have a beautiful view of the hills and of the nearby Novilara village.
